Ken Welch began his car rental career in 2004, rapidly advancing to become Director of Sales and Marketing for over 21 locations in 2005. In 2007, Ken launched a limousine and non-emergency medical transportation business, followed by opening his first car rental franchise in 2008.
In 2011, Ken introduced Hemly Insurance Group, a commercial insurance brokerage specifically designed for the car rental industry. In 2013, he took another leap, establishing his first independent car rental company. In 2017, Ken decided to create his Fleet Management Company, opening the opportunity for car rental companies to buy, sell and broker cars between each other without the heavy broker fees other companies were charging. In 2018, Ken opened a car rental agency with 3 locations in addition to his franchise and independent brands, Ken also offers consulting to his clients to help with Operations, Fleet Financing, Insurance, Logistics and any other challenges they face.
Today, Ken is adding to the extensive list of companies he has started over the past 22 years by creating Bookoutz, a patented, proprietary software that integrates all major valuation tools into one automated platform. This game-changing solution offers automotive industry professionals a one-stop resource for precise vehicle valuations and efficient fleet management.
